Not real fond of lemon dessert, but my Dad loved lemon meringue pie and my mom made it for him often. I would indulge at times.

@Magenta I am the same way. Lemon is usually not my first choice when it comes to dessert. But if I am going to opt for lemon, meringue is the way to go for me.
