I cook a little. I guess I could say swordfish is a specialty. It's very easy to overcook or undercook, and I'm pretty good at getting it right. I also know how to temper chocolate properly, so we make dark chocolate covered blueberries, raspberries, bananas, and other covered fresh fruits that have a very short shelf life.
