Have you ever made or tried Pastitsio?
It's a delicious Greek dish and makes a change from spaghetti bolognaise

@AbsolutelyFabulous lucky! Closest I've gotten is Cretan neighbours. Nice people, but I'd have liked it if they bought Iraklio with them lol
