Do you prep and have all your ingredients ready before you start cooking?

Cooking stresses me out sometimes, so I find prepping and getting all the ingredients out beforehand makes it less stressful.

Depends on how complicated the dish is. Most of the time I get most prepped. Mis en place they call it. Being prepared is a great idea.
