I can't believe i have never made beef vegetable soup. lol

So today is the day,i just need to find the right recipe,the meat is thawed i just need to figure out using fresh or frozen veggies ????

My cousin made it before it’s pretty nice actually , it’s just beef mince and vegetables either with beef stock or just water I don’t know what else she added but not very difficult
