Dear diary…

It’s been a trying start to the day. I miss carbs.

It’s been 11 hours without having any breads and my body is revolting.

Give me strength to enjoy this salad sans croutons.

I found a recipe for flax meal bread and will make some of that in the near future. It is said to be pliable enough to make a good sandwich bread or to make toast with. No grains at all and it’s low-carb. I also make Chaffles in a mini waffle maker that can be used for sandwich or burger buns. No grain and it is low carb and keto approved. They are called Wonder Bread Chaffles.
