I made a Ceaser Salad the other night ... I really enjoyed the freshness.... the anchovies were not that bad ...I could taste the after taste ...

next time I will use only 1 anchovy and im sure it will taste good... also if you use a fresh jar of Anchovies then I think it will taste better

You shouldn’t use too much anchovies just one or two and cut it up
