I recreated Costco’s Quinoa Salad
How much are you selling it for and where can I pick it up?

@Jenny1234 15% of Israel's Jewish population is North Africa. The picture is Moghrabieh, which North Africans will never confuse with couscous. But even Israeli North Africans will always call it Moghrabieh, not Israeli couscous.
When Costco first introduce this, they called it Tabouleh 😂. Dufaq is that???
I make it with Persian Cucumbers, and medium grain couscos, they call it also cracked wheat.
I guess I'm saying it's all the same food. Also Israeli Shakshouka, which also originated in North Africa and the Levant.
I read an article a long time ago, research from a Dutch University, claiming that tortillas were brought into Mexico by Lebanese immigrants, who were trying to recreate pita bread. Some shawarma guy close to me uses tortillas for Shawarma, tastes about the same to me.

@Northwest that Dutch dude was visiting too many Amsterdam Coffee Shops. The corn tortilla is Pre-Columbian. Its Nahuatl name is Tlaxcalli.

@basilfawlty89 Or falafel and avocado humus stands in Amsterdam. I don't like corn tortillas. Years ago, I met the largest producer of Tortillas in Canada (introduced spinach and sun-dried tomato tortillas) whose family emigrated to Canada from Lebanon when the war there started.
