Boeuf Bourguignon Is surprisingly easy to make and great for pot luck style dining. Here is an easy recipe that cuts a couple corners but will still be delicious. It's the kind of dish that's even better the next day. So you could make a day or so ahead and reheat for the dinner.

Slow Cooker Potluck Spare Ribs The crockpot spare ribs are perfect for a potluck. Use a slow cooker bag and cleanup is super easy. I'm sure if you don't have a recipe, I'll give you mine or find one on-line

@HumanEarth I don't have a crock pot 🥲
It depends on how many you’re feeding. Consider Chicken Cordon Bleu or Chicken Kiev with green beans and egg noodles.

Roasted turkey or baked ham with pineapple is what we do in Canada for Christmas dinner. It's one or the other.

@popmol
There's millions of them in Canada! Some of them even drive cars! To my surprise, I went to Florida USA one time at Christmas and I learned that turkey is not part of any traditional American Christmas dinner celebration and I couldn't find it on the menu of 6 different restaurants I went to while looking for it!
