What do you have under the chops? Did you line the dish with sliced potatoes?

@ineedadrink I make a rub of brown sugar, paprika, onion powder. thyme, salt and pepper. line my dish with sliced red potatoes add some apple juice then my chops and bake. my applesauce I make with fresh sliced apples, apple cider, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice
