Hmm, is it bad?

I left mid shift today. I wasn't provided the right appliances for my demo today. I was recommended to use an electric skillet to cook frozen solid fish with avocado oil spray today and it didn't help. So I left what am I supposed to do work wonders? I don't think so.

@SinlessOnslaught yes, the directions say use an air fryer there was no air fryer in sight. I looked thoroughly and nothing. I was suggested to use an electric skillet but obviously it didn't work for frozen solid fish.
