Today I made delicious zucchini puffs 🤤🤤🤤 and they looked so cute like turtles

This was the first time I made these and will again. It is easy yet super good. I used half oat half chickpeas flour because i wanted them to taste like indian pakoras. Lot of spices and water. The zucchinis are cut super thin to ensure even cooking.

The other dish is stir-fried chicken with carrots and tomato sauce.

@saragoodtimes That's a very old bengali dish called bora and it can be made with variety of veggie leaves as a snack. It is especially good when left in mustard overnight. Mmmmmmm
