I just cooked up some chicken breasts spiced with a hot curry powder I made... going to make some quinoa flavored with veggie stock and have a side of asparagus.

@mindstruggle I would, but my stepdaughter is staying with me this weekend (ex is getting the weekend off) and she doesn't like any type of seafood. She is a meat and potatoes person, well, meat, potatoes, pizza, and spaghetti. This evening she wouldn't touch the asparagus... which is okay with me. I ate it all😂
