Bunny in the oven?

I don't mean to alarm any vegetarians or vegans, but does anyone enjoy old fashioned rabbit stew any more? I made it a couple of months ago trying to wean my husband off too much red meat. I was hoping he would like it and didn't expect too much but, hand down, it was the most scrumptious thing he had eaten. Mind you, he comes from London and used to eat pig's trotters his mother used to cook, jellied eels, and pie and mash, but never had rabbit. It's a good flavour and I want to try cooking it again soon, especially for a visit from his brother and his wife.

Farmed rabbit is really good, but I once ate a hare that a buddy hunted and it was nasty!
