What I made yesterday at cooking class!

it's coalfish on a bed of spinach with a cheesesauce and baked loaded potato!

@Lilymoon it's a common name for the "sablefish" from canada? also "saithe", ooh i read here on wikipedia in america they call it "polluck"!

@Lilymoon it says coalfish is a common name for it so i hoped that was it but apparently not :p
in dutch its called "koolvis" which is also literally translated to coal fish :p

@popmol I just looked it up ... it says it's related to cod fish 😄
