at age 81 my father finally got to use the stove and oven for first time in his life.

his first item was a fried egg. next i wrote few simple instructions for cooking a small turkey breast roast in oven in a clay pot.
it turned out DELICIOUS!! and we got 3 meals out of it. i cheated and bought jar of gravy at store and had cheesecake for dessert
