Does anyone know what this dish is?

A customer at my work was telling me that he just got back from Brazil and he had a dish there that he didn’t get the name of, but he loved it so much that he bought the ingredients to try to copy making it.
The ingredients were fava beans, pistachios, apricots, shrimp ,and some sort of curry sauce .
I’m intrigued…..

@michaela2001 I bet that could be it! I forgot it had shrimp in it too, so I edited the post. That looks so delicious!

@ihurtmychin it was a customer at my work that described it to me. So I unfortunately don’t have a picture, but he bought the ingredients and I told him to take a picture when he made it. He described it like a jambalaya maybe.
