Looks like cabbage pizza. The anti-pineapple people will throw a fit!

@Mamapolo2016 I was thinking cabbage hash brown and from what I've read, Okonomiyaki is a cabbage pancake type thing, though still trying to confirm that's what that actually is in the video.
