I went through a phase of healthy/normal eating a couple years ago and discovered a love for cooking and baking.
But now that I’m back to disordered eating habits, I just eat very “basic” (40 calorie bread with some peanut butter) since food is a source of shame for me.

sorry abt the disordered habits but same, i always hated it for some reasons but lately i realised it's not bad and kind of fun
