I doubled the amount on the ingredients for a recipe for a basic white cake. I used a bread pan to bake it in. It was the time that was important. I went for 55 mins @ 350F. Then at 55 mins, dropped the temp to 315F for another 55mins. Left in the oven w/ door ajar for about 15 mins then checked for fineness. Then knife came out clean! Note: oven well pre- heated.
