I used to really enjoy cooking when my wife was alive. Now cooking for one is not as enjoyable. All tastes the same

Sorry for your loss and I understand how you feel. I felt the same when my husband passed away many years ago. Now I am in a relationship but I still don't cook a lot as we eat out or order in.
