@SweetMae it is a soft cheese made in the Middle East, really easy to make by the look of it.

Then it probably is lebeneh or a version of it you are making. What do you call the cheese you are making?
I have never really tried Turkish food but I suspect it isn’t vastly different from other food in that region. Tho I could be wrong.
