@SweetMae it is a soft cheese made in the Middle East, really easy to make by the look of it.

@SW-User I make a soft cheese drawing the liquid from yogurt. It takes a few days.

@SweetMae I think it may be very similar in that case. I think for lebeneh salt is added

Then it probably is lebeneh or a version of it you are making. What do you call the cheese you are making?

I have never really tried Turkish food but I suspect it isn’t vastly different from other food in that region. Tho I could be wrong.

What would you recommend I try?

I would reccomend Dolma. Stuffed Grape Leaves

@SweetMae yeah I have had this before. They were stuffed with rice and yogurt. Was lovely 🙂
