I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I made an awesome jambalaya this evening. Instead of andouille sausage I used moose, got it from a friend that went hunting and had it done up. 👍🏼But my corn bread didn’t turn out too well. One side of the pan didn’t turn out that great but the other side did, and we ate that and it was delicious. Made a great accompaniment to the jambalaya.
