I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I love cooking. And shopping for the ingredients. I do most of the cooking at home. My family have sort of noticed that I am good at cooking. So I am left to get on with it. I got some chicken fillets. I used half yesterday. With leeks, bacon and Bechamal sauce. Today I made curry. Madras curry. With the chicken left over. The house still smells of curry!

No, I can't cook. Got bad hands, make it hard to even cut anything but I enjoy eating good food.

@LaurenHafJones: think I enjoy fish type of dishes more, salmon, swordfish steak, with grilled asparagus and deep crisped cooked onions with a white wine sauce drizzle onto the meat

That sounds really nice. I love salmon. I never had swordfish. They don't live here. But I have asparagus and onions.

I had it in Barbados. It was interesting to have but yeah limited on fish choices here as well.

We have a lot of fish choices but not sword fish! We have cod and haddock. And plaice and sole. They are caught in cold waters. Like we have! @Ryozo1:
