@Fantasyproject 8 ounces of plain flour , 2 ounces of lard , 2 ounces of margarine , pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of water

@Fantasyproject roll it out and fill the baking tray. Blind bake it (no filling) then leave to cool. Fill it with the lemon and pineapple and chill
