I Like To Cook And Bake

I made salsa yesterday; with the tomatoes that I peeled but don't need I'll make puree, which I'll use next weekend to make red sauce - just need to harvest another batch of tomatoes to have enough to dice up for the sauce. :)

Today I'll be making chili. We'll probably have it for dinner, but if not we'll put it into mason jars and have it another night - probably when we need something quick.

I also need to make jam sometime soon, so I can use up the raspberries and blackberries I have.

And before too long, it'll be cookie making season. :D
