I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I need help on how to make a MINT SAUCE for a lamb roast (when serving it) that I already cooked in my smoker.....
I bought a bottle of liquid Mint Sauce (small), but am not sure what to do with it and can find no help on the internet....

Any good cooks here on SW willing to help?

Smoked lamb might not be good with the mint sauce...

In any case, put it on the side..
Not on the meat.

@SW-User Thanks.. We've never smoked a lamb roast before. Having fun with our new electric roaster this summer..

I usually find a little jar of mint jelly..
Put a spoonful on the plate beside the lamb.
