I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I dug this up in my backyard today, and decided that I needed to do something with it. So I washed it, peeled it, and sat down with a metal grater and hand grated it.
Worst mistake ever! 😄
I ended up crying like a baby! 😭
The good news is that I ended up with this...


Mmmm! Fresh horseradish ready for freezing into individual portions.
Now I always have some available for horseradish sauce. 😋
