I Love Trying New Foods, And Cooking Healthy

I work the night shift thus making me prone to getting fat so I decided to start looking for healthy recipes to make and take to work. I want to buy a steamer and an oven!

I use bamboo steamers often, cooking my vegetables in them, and sometimes leaner cuts of beef , poultry and pork. It's better to steam than boil, this way you won't lose the nutrients.
