What’s the general consensus on roast leg of pork with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes and carrots, Yorkshire puddings and peas? With a thick gravy btw...

Ain't done any pork in a while, but I did do a "huge" Lamb shank recently. Took damn near 6 hours! But well worth the time and wait!
