I make dishes I've enjoyed in Paris, including a very authentic onion soup!

I love making a proper tarte aux pommes!

Love onion soup, made a very good one the other month, will have to do that again. The trick was baking the onions to start, speeds up the process.

Sounds lovely and now on holiday , grans the main cook and you have to stay out of her kitchen I think
