I Like to Cook

I made this [b]Red Lentil Soup[/b] few days ago, it's healthy and tastes really good. Here's the recipe for those of you who are interested.


Saute chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil, then after about 5 minutes add cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt, then add some chopped carrots and few table spoons of tomato paste, after few minutes it's time for the lentils, add them with some vegetable broth. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes. Lastly, add your spinach, turn off the heat and gently stir the spinach in and finally add a splash of lemon juice. And that's it!
