I Like to Cook

On today's episode of "Cooking With Whatever Is In My Cabinets," I made Asian Glazed Mushrooms as a side dish with dinner.

1) Start by heating some oil and butter over medium heat, then when that's nice and hot, toss in your mushrooms. Add a clove or two of diced garlic and cook for a few minutes.
2) When they start to cook down and the water seeps out of them, add some soy sauce and rice cooking wine to taste, and bring to a boil.
3) Keep boiling on medium heat until the liquid boils away and the sauce thickens into a nice glaze.

Easy, tasty, and makes you look like you know what you're doing!
