k a little bored :) bed of apples (again) apple juice inch or so. slice pork loin open, spread mustard and cheese in, wrap with bacon or parma or decent ham..... moderate heat slurppppp

Can you explain that a bit more? What kind of mustard? What kind of cheese? Temperature and length of time? It looks great.

@PoetryNEmotion i used dijon mustard with seeds, cheese tend to use any hard cheese slice as thick thin as you want. the ham wraps better that bacon. Prosciutto_di_Parma is lovely and crisps up nice. bed of apples fill apple juice level to apples so the meats out of it but its no big deal

around 180 deg for hour. enjoy
