It is just one of those things I enjoy doing that is satisfying. No real reason other than it is peaceful and fun. It also is nice to put smiles on others faces when they enjoy what you make. The baking mom (laughs).
I remember when I was a kid, I'd be walking home from the school bus stop, and before I could even get inside, I'd smell a cake or something baking. Nice memory.
