I Like to Cook

Dinner tonight was mirin glazed salmon. I got this recipe from my newly acquainted aunt, who in turn got it from the Nigella Express recipe book. It is sooo good. I had it with freshly sliced fennel and curly kale. My kids had it with regular greens (of course).
