I Love Cooking For People I Love

and for tonights menu was: honey baked, lemon peppered red snapper, broccoli sauteed in extra virgin olive oil topped with padano cheese, and herb and irish port gouda dinner rolls.

buy salmon, cod, or flounder. never tried red snapper do you recommend it

@saragoodtimes Yes, I recommend red snapper. I love the flavor, not as much flavor as salmon but more than cod. It tastes different than either of them too.

@saragoodtimes I'd love to hear how you like it. Around here, it can be pretty expensive sometimes. But I think it's worth it for a special treat every now again.
@swimmergirl I live alone so like fish where I can buy enough for 1 meal. meat always has to be repackaged and frozen. things in my freezer are there forever so cost isn't that bad when broken down per serving

@saragoodtimes I know what you mean. Normally, especially with fish, we just buy enough for one meal. The freezer here is like a black hole. But the time I remember there's this or that I froze, well, I have to toss it out because it was in the freezer to long.

@saragoodtimes lol... I know the feeling. I just tossed out prime rib from Christmas dinner 2016.. :( Forgot we had it, I was going to make beef wellington out of it.
