I Wtk Your Cooking Disaster Stories

I'm usually very careful and vigilant when cooking so it rarely happen but my mess-up are terrible. Once I made hamburgers, everything went fine, cooking not super well-done but pretty good. Then I put hot water in hot chocolate powder. Still going fine.

Inexplicably I put ketchup in my cup, and milk in my hamburgers and it spills (the obvious result) and I notice my mistake. I had ruined everything in a matter of seconds.
