What time of the day do you think drinking coffee is the best?

I honest think drinking coffee any time of the day is best. Lol! But than again, I'm a night owl so that's why I drink coffee at night as well. Lol!

I don't drink coffee, but I do take a caffeine capsule first thing in the morning. I am VERY sensitive to caffeine. Even ONE capsule and I am bouncing off the walls. I have to be careful what time I take it, or I won't be able to sleep.
