Maybe i should be a businesswoman? Make my own business

Ive always done best when im the boss calling the shots. At my last job before i rage quit i streamlined the prep station by cutting waste way down and finding out the magic numbers for each day of the week of what was needed so fresh products were gauranteed everyday. I did it by studying the sales reciepts for each day, finding out how many salads were made from a container of lettuce uow many sandwiches from a pan of tomatoes etc... trial and error and whallah things got better.

At my old coffee job i found new ways to do things and rearranged the coffee bar layout some to make it make more sense.

Idk i feel i have decent ideas and business sense. Maybe i can try
