The most absurd marketing idea. Coffee for never less than seven dollars.

Now even more expensive. I wonder how many people said decades ago, No one in their right mind is going to spend that amount of money for a large cup of coffee. It's just too ridiculous. Yet, the line of cars nearly surrounds our local Starbucks and no one questions the absurd dollar amount.

Not only do i question it, I've never gone there.
@ChipmunkErnie Someone bought me a large cup of a nice and frothy cup of coffee, just because I helped with her kitty at the vet. It was totally out of the blue and I was amazed how much she spent and never even flinched or cringed.

@ChipmunkErnie Candy coffee. I'm stealing that phrase.
@ChipmunkErnie Since I've known you so many years there is no reason to doubt everything you've said. I might suggest fairly gently, the kid does indeed sound just a little bit too indulged in. I know it sounds somewhat restrictive, and perhaps smacks a tiny bit of "Harsh" perhaps, (And I* mean this in the kindest way) perhaps it's now a bit timely to set a few realistic boundaries. A difficult step, really Ernie, at this time of life, he may feel much more intact, and emotionally sound knowing his exact space, walls and limitations.
