What's the right amount of coffee/tea to start the day?

@SW-User Might be beneficial in that regard but like the uh acid reflux aspect of things easily neutralizes it.

I just love coffee. Gave it up for a while and missed it dearly. Same with alcohol. Even with the immediate/delayed effects I just can't not have it in my life. It's some QoL type shiiii.
