Is it possible that, a ,cop can give you a ticket,for being on your phone , in a drive through? I had a cop behind me today. I'd say yes.

Yes, you gotta be alert,attentive and not distracted while you are driving. No questions asked. My colleague got a fine while he was browsing phone on red light like when people wait n not drive so drive thru is still driving technically.
