Guess who snapped at a customer on the phone today?

I had some ridiculous man yelling at me over us putting chlorine in our water and how his coffee at home tastes so much better than what he gets in store. I told him we use filtered water and we don't do anything to the water. He kept going on about how his water is better. I cut him off and said WE USE FILTERED CITY WATER FOR OUR COFFEE AND IF THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU WHY DON'T YOU GO USED BOTTLED WATER THEN NOW HAVE A NICE DAY and I hung up. I'm not going to sit there wasting my time listening to you yammer on about bull shit when I have a line forming. If you don't like our water then go use your own and screw off.
