Coffee is a must and I love drinking it throughout the day, not just in the morning. A recent article in a medical journal suggests that drinking 3-4 cups a day decreases your risk of cancer, heart disease, prostate cancer and Alzheimer's. Upping that to 6-7 cups doesn't seem to hurt you, so there is a wide window to shoot for.
