What coffee drink order is good but still acceptable for weight loss diet?

In my experiences, what you drink doesn't matter as much as what you eat. I still drink soda, and coffee with cream and sugar, and lemonade with a bunch of sugar, but I still lose weight when I eat super healthy (and low carb)

@swandfriends I just decided to start the monumental journey of weight loss, but I love sweet drinks and find that part really hard to give up. So yup, that's why I'm looking for alternatives.

Say, what kind of food do you recommend for beginners? My country's usual meal has rice. So that I might need to tone down.

Rice is a carbohydrate so you shouldn't eat too much of it. Do high protein (Meat, tofu, eggs, cheese, fish, peanuts) and all the veggies you want. And some fruits. And occasional fiber, cereals or something with fiber.

@pdockal The main thing I drink through the day is water. I only drink other things with certain kind of meals, but only take a few sips, barely a half cup full. I'm not one of those people that pop open a soda ever 2 hours. It's mainly water

@swandfriends Tofu and cereal, I do love.
I already drink a lot of water. It's the exercise I need. That, and I can drink sweetened coffee like it's vitamins so gotta stop that.
