I usually go for a caffe latte without sugar. I like it a lot but if you're used to sweet stuff it might be too boring for you. The shop I go to only adds a tiny bit of milk.

@Casheyane Maybe what you could do is still have coffee with milk and sugar, but more rarely? Perhaps you can cut out or change something else in your diet instead, which doesn't mean as much to you? Alcohol is a really good thing to cut for weightloss if you drink it. Oil has a crazy amount of calories too, so if you fry your food, you could steam it instead. I find that for me, most important is not the main meal, but those little things like coffee and snacks.
