The bartender at this bar I’m at doesn’t know how to make a Washington apple 😐

I would enlighten them, but I don’t want to come off like a bitch, so I just requested a vodka cranberry instead. But good grief, every bartender in the US should know how to make one of those, even if it’s not a regional thing. 😒

You feel entitled, don't you. I've been to bars all over this country, and never ever heard of a drink called the Washington Apple. I've been in Seattle and Portland, and stayed at the nicest hotels, and never heard of that drink. Get a grip.

@come2gether The bartender later said to me that she was new and only worked as a coffee barista before she landed her current job as a bartender. After that, I was more empathetic with her. She’s new to the business, I can understand and respect that. So it’s not a matter of entitlement, but of ignorance. Which one can and should be empathetic to, to a point. You get a grip.
