Aint nothing like drinking a cold Coca Cola

That reminds me of my grandfather who had an old large ice box like the ones in small country stores. He kept it on the cabin porch on his farm, and he only allowed Coke in the old glass bottles. (My black sheep uncle occasionally hid a few cans of beer under the ice.) Every afternoon, he opened a bottle and said almost exactly what you wrote.

Had my first Pepsi in years the other night…and I came alive! I was back in the Pepsi generation.

Been many years since I've drank that stuff. I guess I'm too old for it.

Especially if it's a fountain drink with crushed ice.
