Smoothies or dairy free shakes. I just had one for lunch. I am intolerant of dairy, and trying not to eat sugar, so this is dairy free and sugar free.
In a blender, put 1 cup frozen mixed fruit, and 1/2 cup frozen crushed pineapple.
Add 1/2 cup Skinny Mixes Coconut flavored sugar free syrup. (0 carbs, 0 sugar)
Add 1/2 to 2/3 cup coconut milk
Add approximately 1/3 cup non dairy powdered coffee creamer.
Blend.
Makes an awesome smoothie that tastes like Hawaii...😊
